A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support a happy and engaging 9-year-old girl with physical disabilities to access social and leisure activities within her local community on a Saturday morning.
The role involves providing support with personal care, meal preparation, safe administration of medication, community access and enjoyable social activities. You will help promote her wellbeing; encourage participation in activities she enjoys and provide support in a safe and positive way.
We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate and dependable, with an understanding of disability, epilepsy awareness, safeguarding and moving and handling practices. Experience supporting children or individuals with additional needs would be beneficial.

Hours: 4 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £14.67 per hour
A driver with access to their own vehicle with business insurance is essential. We do have a VW caddy adapted van that the PA could use if needed.
