Job Reference (3ac0c79d)
We are looking for an extremely flexible, practical and reliable male all-rounder to join our team in a varied 4-in-1 role combining remote work, in-person administration, practical support work and travel companionship. Location: Leeds, UK
Male applicants only due to the personal and practical nature of the support required and the requirements of the role.
The successful applicant will be working closely with the employer in a range of personal, household, practical and travel-related situations where a male support worker is required.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is willing to learn, can turn their hand to different tasks and is prepared to take on additional hours when required. No two days will necessarily be the same.
The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, organised and hands-on, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.

- Saturday: 6:00pm–11:00pm
These 20 hours are the minimum guaranteed hours of the role.
There may be opportunities for additional hours outside of these fixed hours, depending on requirements. The successful candidate should therefore be genuinely flexible and willing to take on additional hours when reasonably required and agreed.
Applicants must be able to reliably commit to all four fixed shifts every week.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Extremely flexible and comfortable with a varied role.

- Able to adapt quickly when priorities change.
- Someone who takes pride in completing tasks thoroughly and to a high standard.
What We Are Looking For
This position would suit someone who genuinely enjoys being an all-rounder and is not looking for a narrowly defined support-worker role.
You do not need to know how to do everything from day one, but you must be willing to learn, take instruction, use initiative and develop your skills.
You may be doing computer-based research and budgeting one day, attending a meeting or meeting a contractor the next, and then helping with household tasks, cooking, cleaning, driving or practical work.
We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys variety, has common sense and initiative, and is comfortable wearing different hats.
If you are someone who can see what needs doing, get on with it, learn quickly and provide practical, dependable support, we would be very interested to hear from you.
